  • Tea strainer or infuser (if loose-leaf)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp English breakfast tea leaves or 1 tea bag
  • natural peach essence or flavored tea blend
  • 8 oz fresh water boiled and slightly cooled

Instructions
 

  • Boil fresh, filtered water and let it cool slightly to about 200-212°F (93-100°C).
  • Add tea leaves or tea bag to your teapot or mug.
  • Pour the hot water over the tea and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove tea leaves or bag. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Serve hot or iced. Optionally, add a slice of fresh peach or a drizzle of honey. Store loose tea in an airtight container away from light and moisture.
