Boil fresh, filtered water and let it cool slightly to about 200-212°F (93-100°C).
Add tea leaves or tea bag to your teapot or mug.
Pour the hot water over the tea and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
Remove tea leaves or bag. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Serve hot or iced. Optionally, add a slice of fresh peach or a drizzle of honey. Store loose tea in an airtight container away from light and moisture.
