Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube cookie dough or use cake mix base or pizza dough
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or use milk, dark, or mini chips
  • 2 tbsp butter melted, optional for brushing base
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar for topping, optional
  • optional toppings mini marshmallows, Nutella, caramel drizzle, chopped nuts, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your pizza pan or line with parchment paper.
  • Press cookie dough (or alternative crust) evenly onto the pan to form a pizza shape about ¼ inch thick.
  • Pre-bake crust for 5–7 minutes to help it set.
  • Spread melted butter or a cream cheese base, then sprinkle chocolate chips and any desired toppings evenly.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and chocolate is melty. For marshmallows, broil 1–2 minutes at the end.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve with ice cream or drizzle with chocolate or caramel if desired.

Notes

For a copycat Pizza Inn version, use a yellow cake mix crust and brown sugar topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate up to 5 days. Reheat in oven at 300°F for 5–7 minutes or microwave 10–15 seconds.
