Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage pork or turkey
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated preferred
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk any type
  • optional add-ins green onions, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, cheese, Bisquick mix, and milk. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

These freeze beautifully! Wrap individually and reheat in the oven or microwave. Great with ranch, mustard, BBQ sauce, or your favorite dip.
