Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Add diced onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken slightly.
Lower heat and stir in cream cheese or heavy cream. Let it melt into a creamy sauce.
Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Add mozzarella and Parmesan. Mix until well combined.
If desired, top with extra cheese and bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
Notes
Customize with your favorite veggies or make it lighter with low-fat dairy options. Leftovers freeze well for up to 3 months.
